Version: 1.1 - Updated 9/13/2015
Credits: Critty of TSWDB for giving me the idea from her solo build.
This build can be used by beginners but takes quite a bit of AP to get to. It is recommended that if you go with this build, you do not use it until you have all of the actives and passives. You may use the build without doing so, but such has not been tested and is therefor not recommended.
So, you have been chosen to become the newest member of the 101st Tenebris Crux's Blade Battalion. Well, you don't look like much, but even you can be one of the best so long as you listen and pay attention to our instructions recruit. The Blade Battalion has no easy task. We move alone, we move swiftly, and we kill anything that stands in the way of our mission. Now let's get you ready for combat.

Actives:
Passives:
Basic Rotation (AoE) (order left to right = first to last):
Basic Rotation (Single Target) (order left to right = first to last):
This deck/build works because of it's penetration synergy, it's great AoE/Single Target diversity, and it's utility with "oh shit" buttons.
Should you pull too many mobs, you can simply throw out Domino Effect to stop six of them for four seconds. If that's not enough, you can pop Martial Discipline to give yourself 50% glance chance for 6 seconds as well as it will proc your Regeneration heal. If you're really low when you pop your Martial Discipline, you can throw in Turn The Tables to jump start your healing.
With this build, you primarily want DPS stats, with one Heal Rating major tali and one Health minor tali. So basically:
Head: Attack rating with Pen or Pen/Hit glyph.
Major Tali: Attack Rating - Attack Rating - Heal Rating all with Pen or Pen/Hit glyphs.
Minor Tali: Attack Rating - Attack Rating - Heal Rating all with Pen or Pen/Hit glyphs.
Weapons: Weapon Power - Weapon Power both with Pen or Pen/Hit glyphs.
The overall stats you will want are as follows.
Attack Rating: 1,600+
Heal Rating: 600
Health: 3,500
Hit Rating: 350
Penetration: 800+
